Pretty straightforward interview process. Initial screening with a recruiter with an excel exam, followed by one with the hiring manager, then three 30 minute interviews with two directors and the hiring manager again. They are really making sure you have the experience, technical skills, and cultural fit for the role.
The problem I had was with the recruitment process afterward. I agreed upon a base salary but when I got the offer I was surprised to see a signing bonus included with a much lower base. Not sure if they interpret base differently or were intentionally misrepresenting. Regardless, I went from excited to starting with Hilton to having to decline and being extremely disappointed.
