I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hilton (Anaheim, CA) in Mar 2015
Interview
The interview was very short. Very laid back with a couple of standard questions. HR manager explained why the position was open and the job description. I asked if I would be contacted one way or another and she stated yes. I never heard back. I did e mail the following week since the HR manager did give me her business card.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (Boston, MA) in Mar 2017
Interview
It took two to three weeks to get an interview offer from them and the interview took 20-30 minutes. The interview was two to one but more like a conversation.
I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Hilton (Austin, TX) in Jan 2017
Interview
Applied online, received a call 4 months later, had one interview on the phone and a second in person. I was hired 2 weeks later. It was honestly pretty simple, in HR they look at more of your personality than your HR experience.

I applied online. I interviewed at Hilton (Manchester, England) in Aug 2015
Interview
First stage was a video recorded interview through HireView. After the question appeared you had 90 seconds to record your answer. Stressing process as there was not interaction with the interviewer. Second stage was a face to face interview with the HR manager, which I did through telephone because I was living in another city. Mostly competency based questions. I didn't pass through the 3rd stage which was a face to face interview with the HR director.
