Online application on careers website, followed by one-way video interview, followed by aptitude and personality tests looking at time management and basic numeracy, this was followed by in person panel interview

There were two Skype interviews that were very basic. Make sure to do some background information on Hilton brands and be prepared to talk about your strengths and weaknesses and how they are relevant to the position.
