I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot (Cambridge, MA) in Mar 2018
Interview
The process is run so smoothly! My recruiter (Johanna) was super communicative and ensured I was prepped for and clear on the next step each time. It’s a multi-part interview process culminating in what I referred to as an “interview gauntlet” with multiple managers. While I was most nervous for that, each person I spoke with made me feel comfortable and it was clear that they genuinely wanted to get to know me.
Since starting, everyone has been incredibly nice and helpful; this crew is determined to set up new hires for success, and it starts right from recruitment! A truly great experience!
