The interview process was a detailed one - but that just demonstrated how serious HubSpot is about the talent they do hire. This was helpful because it gave me a true sense of the company and the people I would be working with everyday. Holly was the senior recruiter that was helping me and she was fantastic. She was there every step of the way to provide feedback, advice and next steps. It was a great feeling to have someone available at any point to answer any questions I might have had. I felt really grateful for the conversations I did had and how much I ended up learning about myself and my career goals throughout the process.
