The recruiter didn't know much about the role and repeatedly gave the wrong info on what teams will the role be working with. The recruiter also struggled to provide any real example of what their culture looked like in employees' everyday life.
The total comp package is just OK. Stock + base is on par with the base pay of what some of the other companies are offering.
The hiring manager had no clue what I was talking about and was incredibly cold and seemed entirely disinterested in my answers. I was told I would move forward in the process and suddenly got a form rejection email with no reasoning as to why.
Recruiter call. Zoom interview. Basic experience and behavioral questions talking about work history and projects and scope. Asked about oghanization size and project technical specs for different work history and went through previous roles.
