HR interview - this step was smooth and nice
Manager + Senior SE interview - I thought this once a bit too stiff, not really a conversation. It was “tell me a time when…” one after the other.
Business Case with 2 Senior SE - it was a lot, lot of work and learning to get prepared for this phase. You have to spend many hours on it days prior to the meeting.

Tell me a time when you received a negative feedback and how you reacted.
HR recruiter reached out, asked some general questions, the market knowledge, and technical questions, she said there will be 4 more rounds, didn't make it to second round. She said should be an update in 2-3 days, but I waited a week follow up, then 2 weeks later got rejected.
it started with recruiter round - standard motivational questions. Then progressed to hiring manager round, which was a lot of competency questions. And then was a panel to look at a mock scenario

A pretty standard interview process. First was a call with the Recruiter, then an initial call with the Hiring Manager, finally a demo to a panel group. Focused on behavioral experiences, a little on technical side
