Confusing and lengthy, not much feedback offered throughout the process. Typical interview questions - nothing specifically related to role. Hiring manager did not communicate well about the role's expectations and I would not look to interview with this organization again

Overall, I'm really disappointed in the process. After doing hours of research into Hubspot and its culture code, I was excited to potentially join and be part of a talented group of people. But after this experience, I'll think twice. Very unfortunate to an otherwise very promising company. 1 - I applied directly on Hubspot's website and was followed up with an initial phone interview with a Hubspot recruiter 2 - Phone interview with recruiter went well and decided to move onto the next phone interview, speaking directly with the VP of the group. 3 - Scheduled within 3 days of initial call and had phone interview with VP of group. Went really well and was really impressed during conversation. Decided to bring me back on-site. 4 - One week goes by...no response. 5 - Two weeks go by...no response. Decided to call the office and learned recruiter left the company. Left voicemail to VP, no response as well.
