I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at HubSpot in Mar 2025
Interview
1. 3h Coding Assessment
2. 20m Behavioural Interview
3. 2 part technical rounds (45m behavioural, 45m coding)
The process is smooth, and the recruiter tends to reply promptly. Except that it feels there is too much competition and only to realise afterwards the exact questions were leaked online, potentially putting candidates at a disadvantage.

Question 1
Tell me how do you organize yourself for a big project
Applied online about a week later recruiter reached out sent take home OA that was project based involved api calls. Not too bad bad about 3 hours to do. Simulated similar task to intern role
Take-Home/OA after resume screen, behavioral phone (kind of heavy), then LC+SysDes final. LC was easy/med with med/hard follow up after initial sol. Sys des was standard textbook type of problem, nothing out of the ordinary.
