Interview
Very positive experience. Interviewed with (in person or via Zoom) 10 different members of the team, over the course of a few weeks. This included employees from various departments, each of which there would be some level of interaction with. This included Leadership, Sales, BD and AdOps. Interviews were professional yet casual, and more conversational. The diverse interviews provided a much clearer sense of the business, the role and the culture. It was a bit slow, due to everyone’s varying schedules, but overall I really appreciated getting a POV from across the company.
