Easy to crack, English communication must be good and you have the job in hand, should have ability to convince anyone that you are a good and keen learner who can grasp almost anything . HR from process will go to consultancies and they will check communication . Off campus HR won't know anything about process ,so they will check communication and take aptitude and essay writing tests
2 ROUNDS
1.Aptitude - Maths questions, email writing, voice based questions basic excel questions basic English questions were asked
2. Manager round - basic questions were asked based on your resume
In 2018, it was on campus,
1) online assessment (typical reasoning etc)
2) interview (which was mainly Managerial and also based on resume).
Mostly female candidates got easy questions than male candidates( this is based on experience of my friends and myself)
1 interview with the recruiter and then you wait for them to ring and offer you the job, Easy and straightforward, It's a minimum wage role, so they accept whoever apply
