I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Infosys (Chennai) in June 2013
Interview
Submitted profile through company's employee referral portal. Was called for interview at a recruitment drive. There were Technical and HR rounds on the same day. Technical included intermediate level technical and some project management related questions. HR round was mostly around salary structure and negotiation. Compared to other drives I had attended, this one was well organized.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Infosys (Chennai) in June 2026
Interview
Worst experience. Interviewers should learn to evaluate the talents and waste our time. Don't accept any interview schedule here. HR people are not at all reachable at needed situations. I never attended such a bad and irresponsible interview in my career.
This process happened at a location in New Delhi. I was rejected in the first round. Their questions were related to topics which were not mentioned in my resume. Around 30-35 candidates were there
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Infosys (Noida) in Mar 2026
Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds: an initial virtual technical round, followed by a face-to-face technical round, and finally a managerial round. All the rounds were relatively straightforward, and the discussions went smoothly with no indication of any major concerns.
However, after successfully completing all three rounds, I received an unexpected rejection without any feedback or explanation. This lack of transparency and communication reflects poorly on the overall professionalism of the hiring process.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
In the technical rounds, the questions were primarily focused on basic Python concepts along with discussions around my resume and past projects. The level of difficulty was easy and aligned with my experience.
In the managerial round, the discussion was quite straightforward, covering general topics such as reasons for a job change, career goals, and overall professional outlook.
