It was a medium level interview with basics of the technology in java . The questions were real time scenarios and any person with basic knowledge and experience in java development will be able to clear the interview process for technical evaluation.

Most of Interviewer look for a person's attitude. Even if you have some idea about a technical topic or any theoretical knowledge you can easily clear. Even Interviewer does not have much technical knowledge so they will not ask much in depth questions.
It was two round interview. I traveled from Ahmedabad to Pune. It was smooth and crisp. first it was technical round then it was HR round for salary negotiation. And after negotiations my expectation was high so they scheduled another round.

Application screenig , interview selection, technical interview purely based on job description and candidate experience, followed by Manager evaluation round and HR discussion once first 2 levels are creared. Technical Interview is more of theoretical questions .Manager round is purely based on candidates experience.
