Campus interview was there arranged by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India....The interview was simple....basic questions related to accounting and process related. salary was predecided by the recruiter. salary composition was not explained in detail. it consists of variable part
The interview process consisted of an initial screening, followed by technical and managerial rounds. Questions focused on skills, experience, problem-solving abilities, and role suitability, concluding with discussions on expectations and availability.
It was moderate to high level. They have asked about the troubleshooting skills and technical knowledge
They have tested the communication skills and how do we manage the priority tickets and stakeholders.
