I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys (Guadalajara, Jalisco) in Oct 2025
Interview
The process started with a standard screening interview where they asked about my background, experience, and availability. After that, I went through a technical interview that lasted around 45 minutes to an hour. During this stage, they focused on problem-solving, coding concepts, and practical questions related to my skills. Finally, I had the last interview, which was more about discussing the role, expectations, and the offer details.

They focused on problem-solving skills, knowledge of core subjects, and real-world project experience. I was able to answer most questions confidently, and the interviewers seemed impressed with my practical examples. The overall experience was positive, and I felt it was a great opportunity to showcase my skills and potential for growth within the company.
