It’s disappointing to get rejected, but I appreciate that the communication was quick. At least I’m not left waiting or wondering. Now I can take this as a learning opportunity, refocus my energy, and prepare better for future chances.

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys in Aug 2025
Interview
Infosys Interview process is in 3 rounds first of which is Virtual interview. The interview panel for this round either doesn't show up or is generally very late. Round is generally easy.
The second round is techno managerial which is face to face. This round is also moderately easy.
The last round is HR negotiations.

Question 1
There were a bunch of questions related to admin part, flows , Apex, async apex, integrations and LWC.
The interview process included a face-to-face round, followed by an invitation to Infosys Jaipur office for the second round. It was a great experience visiting the Infosys campus and interacting with the interview panel in person.
