Relatively straight-forward and simple interview process. First interview stage focused more on behavioural questions ('describe a time when you were in XXX situation at work'). Second stage interview had more technical questions about general insurance in actuarial context.

Comparing large multi-national insurer to small insurer in context of capital and reinsurance.
The video interview had 3 questions in total, 1 was about values 1 was a technical question on pricing a car insurance product.
The engagement day featured 2 group activities and a grad chat.
first the interviewers introduce the role and the team. After that, they start the interview by introducing yourself, asking some detailed experiences on the resume, behavioural questions and technical questions.
