Interview
Director of R&D called me over the phone. And instead of explaining me the Job description he started asking me about my profile. Which went on quite easy. During interview he seems to be busy with something and thinking of wrapping the interview as quickly as possible. He finished up whole conversation within 15 min and asked me " Do I have any questions?" I asked me "What Next?" ... he told me he will discuss with his peers ... :-(

Interview
The process was pretty straightforward. I had a recruiter interview followed by an initial screening. I was then given a take home assignment that thoroughly covers technical and Management cues. I then went through a presentation for the assignment followed by 3, 1-1 interviews.
The team was amazing and recruiters were excellent and helpful throughout the process. Offer and benefits are great.

Interview
I was called up by the HR for a position and then the interview was set up. It was a general discussion on managerial skills and nothing too fancy all general questions. I did not even get an email from the HR that the feedback was negative and after continuous follow up I heard that. HR team at least have the minimum courtesy to inform the candidate.
Also , not sure what were they looking for in general managerial discussion. Pathetic people.

Interview
A telephonic call from a recruiter, followed by a phone screen by the hiring manager. Then there are multiple rounds of face to face interview. First round consists of all panel members and usually asked to come prepared with a presentation about the candidate. Panel members asked some trivial questions. Next, 2 rounds of 1:1 with existing managers and finally a 1:1 with director.
