I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (San Diego, CA) in Mar 2016
Interview
Normal phone screen went well. Very interested. Intuit immediately scheduled an in person interview. The night before the flight they canceled and set a date 3 weeks out, then they cancelled and set a date 2 more weeks out. After another week they sent me an email saying they had filled the position with an internal candidate.
They missed three interviews and kept rescheduling the calls. It was very frustrating to waste time trying to sync for an interview. It was a terrible interview process because of this.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Intuit (San Jose, CA) in Nov 2023
Interview
Screening interviews with follow up 1 hour panel presentation and individual interviews with panelists and then final interviews with executives. Panel presentation consisted of 3 parts: introduction of self, sharing of examples of past work and then responding to a craft case prompt. To be successful candidates really need to put time and research into the craft case.

Interview
Took too long to schedule the interviews. The hiring manager was looking for a specific answer without being open-minded and considering the other aspects of the situation that was discussed.
