      Regional Business Development Manager Interview

      4 Mar 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Plano, TX
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit (Plano, TX) in Dec 2018

      Interview

The first step was a phone interview with a recruiter. The second step was an on-site interview with the hiring manager in Plano, TX. Both interviews went very well, to the extent that we discussed what the next steps would look like - to include a panel interview. That's where the process fell apart. After two very good interviews, the recruiter and hiring manager went completely dark. I followed up multiple times via email and voice mail, with zero follow up on their part. I can take a "no", but to have zero follow up at that stage of the process is unacceptable. It would have literally taken them 15-30 seconds to respond, rather than leaving me in the dark. This is not the kind of culture I'm looking for, so I'm glad they showed their true colors before I made the mistake of going to work for them.
