I applied online. I interviewed at Intuit (Los Angeles, CA) in Sept 2019
Interview
Pretty easy and straight forward. First round was to layout criteria so we are on the same page. Second round is more in depth bookkeeping questions. Overall, it was a pretty good experience

What is your way of interacting with customers?
phone call with recruiter, basic questions. No need to study. Then they send you an assessment, it's a live interview that is automated. This is how they assess your level and pay I believe.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Intuit (Texas City, TX) in July 2024
Interview
Quick and to the point - recruiter didn’t ask previous experience in accounting only in bookkeeping. The person talked about the benefits and salary for 3 different positions available. After the screen I will have to schedule for HireVue.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Intuit (Canyon Lake, TX) in Nov 2023
Interview
Even though, Quickbooks uses the Hire Right platform, which I am not too fond of, they did a great job of offering a well-rounded process. I was able to showcase my strengths in the actual job requirements and still bomb the virtual interview. I did receive a job offer despite bombing the virtual interview. :)
