I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Intuit in Aug 2022
Interview
I applied through a recruiting company. I had two calls with the recruiter, then he asked me to fill out a skills matrix. Once they sent the matrix to Intuit, I had a 30 minute interview with a manager at Intuit. After that I was moved onto the final round which was a panel interview. My recruiter told me it was a "casual interview" which will mostly be behavioral and to see if I fit in with the company.
When the panel interview begins, they ask me if I have my presentation and craft demo ready. I had no idea what they were talking about. I am so disappointed with the miscommunication and discrepancies between Intuit and the recruiter. I wanted this job at Intuit so badly but I was not pleased with their interview process and took this experience as a red flag with the company.
