Straight forward. Then a video link and questions on camera. Research questions and answer in 3 minutes or less. Was casual but need to smile and act like you have a customer you are responding to tax questions.
1 round interview on hirevue. it was pretty easy. basic tax questions. bot interview. wasn't too dificult. about 10 questions, and you are able to retake the video for each question once.

Interview was multiple questions through video recording. Was given a short amount of time to read the question then answer. Questions were tax related to current laws. The process is very sterile and fast paced.
