I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Intuit in July 2023
Interview
I had a call with a recruiter and only the recruiter, she asked about my background and questions about my team building and work I have done. I answered direct and with extensive examples.
I felt the recruiter didn’t care she was late with the call. For the candidate experience I would have to say it wasn’t good. I felt she was going through the motions.
The Recruiter told me right away I didn’t have the right experience to do the job. I did thank the Recruiter for letting me know. I asked what I can do to become more proficient for the role. The Recruiters reply was “You would need on the job training for that”. Infound it strange that I have an MBA in Human Resources Management and 11 years of experience and I was a People Partners at Amazon.com. I feel I could have been a good fit for the role.
If this is how intuit does their hiring I believe they will miss out on key talent. If anyone has the same experience interviewing be thankful maybe it’s a good thing.

Application
I applied through a staffing agency. I interviewed at Intuit (Bengaluru) in Feb 2018
Interview
It was really great to be interviewed by one of the manager's who is nothing less than a director. It went on smoothly an I was asked just the right questions. It finished off within 30 mins since I was just a contractor. In case it was a Full Time Employee then the interview process goes on for the whole day.
