I applied via their website and was contacted by their teams to arrange my availability for several interviews. I was interviewed by four different employees, all separately in one-on-one meetings lasting around 45 minutes, so that each could form their own opinion of my profile without being influenced by the judgements of others. I met with two VP in Payments Sales, one VP in Coverage, and one Executive Director in Payments. In the end, I did not receive an offer because my profile was still too junior and this job would have required me to manage a client portfolio on my own.
