I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Wilmington, DE) in July 2025
Interview
I first have a phone call with HR for 10 minutes then I interviewed with a supervisor and a VP. Relatively average difficulty questions. The interview lasted 45 minutes. I didn't hear back from them until I emailed them a month later asking for an update
Asked abt markets. Hobbies. Rates. Asset allocation. Background, why I want the job, why JPMorgan, time when I faced difficult decision, typical behavioral questions not anything super crazy outlandish. Good luck
The interview process was excellent and highly professional. They focused entirely on relevant, market-specific questions that perfectly aligned with current industry standards. This allowed me to thoroughly discuss my background and demonstrate how my specific work experience directly relates to the role. Overall, it was a comprehensive and well-structured conversation that gave me a great opportunity to showcase my expertise and professional value.
3 rounds, HR and then call with a fellow senior analyst, and then superday. It was pretty relaxing and mainly behavioral. It was mainly to gauge if you were a good fit.

Question 1
How do I work in a team? How is the market currently?
