      I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (London, England) in July 2022

      Interview

      The process started with an initial screening call with HR, followed by an online assessment and an assessment centre. The AC included case studies and behavioural questions. I then had two final interviews with senior team members, focused on technical knowledge, market awareness, and motivation for the role. The process was structured and quite demanding.
