One thirty minute phone call, then superday consisting of multiple interviews. Phone call was very straightforward, mostly behavior and then asked the lily pad and oil change questions that are listed below. Superday was three interviews, with gaps between each (of varying time depending on scheduling), pretty much entirely behavioral. Very, very laid back process.

Pretty laid back. The interview procroess took 2weeks comprising one panel and 2 back to back interview with two EDs. They only ask about behaviour and no technical questions. I declined because the working hour is overwhelming and driving me crazy
