Was referred by an employee of Chase to apply online for an open position. Rec'd a call from the manager a few days later to schedule a face to face. 1st interview was about an hour. General questions about experiences. Rec'd a call to schedule a 2nd interview with the sales team. 2nd interview was about 30 minutes. Was asked what plans are for future, as well as expectations, and advised that they will let me know when they reach a decision. A week later rec'd a letter informing me that another candidate was offered the job. Overall, it was a positive experience. Everyone was very professional.
