I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan in Feb 2012
Interview
The interview was mainly based on behavioral questions to asses how previous experiences relate to the position. Further into the interview I was asked how much I new about global markets and what i had to consider to prepare a client portfolio. Other questions assessed my knowledge of the daily activities done as a private banker.
Apply on company website - Hirevue interview - Superday (2 rounds of back to back interviews, each 30 minutes). Overall, although the position is global cross asset trading. They didn't ask many technical questions. The interview was completely behavior driven. I prepared a ton of trading questions which were never asked lol.

Can you share an example of how you adapted to a significant change in the workplace?
First had a standard HireVue with behavioral following a Superday after three weeks that had three interviews back to back with private bank advisors within the Family Wealth Division with a mix of behavioral and technical questions.
Very easy and was not many technical questions. only got asked on wha the markets were doing and where i would invest my money. Other than that all behavioral. I suggest doing it.
