I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
After submitting the online application it took them about 2 weeks for a recruiter to call me, she asked a few general questions about my work experience and then scheduled an interview with the district manager (usually first you go for an interview with the branch manager first) at the interview he did the usual "I've been working for the company for...." and went to describe the position and how great it into work for them. Also asked about my work experience and why I wanted to work for Chase. After this they scheduled me for an interview with the branch manager, this interview goes more into your work experience and they ask you more "tell me about a time..." questions, they will also ask you to sell them something and to overcome objections. After this interview if all goes well they will schedule you to interview over the phone with the market manager, which depending on the MM could be a very stressful one, but just be confident about yourself and answer the questions with what they wanna hear and you'll be Ok.

Question 1
Nothing really difficult, just prepare a few stories about time you had a difficult customer or overcame an objection or when above and beyond with a customer... Stuff like that.

Had to first complete online assessment then was called in for interview. First met with the branch manager and then with the district manager. Pretty easy questions. Super basic.
Apply online, pass the math and personality qualifiers, get a phone interview, interview with a manager and their manager, pass a drug, background, and financial check and put your fingerprints on file, get the job.
