When through 5 "telephone interviews" as I was out of State for a position in NY. Most of the 5 calls was basically to explain the details of the position. In 2 or 3 out of 5 they spent about 5-10 mins discussing my background. All the "interviews" were very repetitive and seemed pointless from an outsider
