Interviews, Tests and Group Exercise. Half day including the previous exercises. Online virtual interview before. 10 applicants at the assessment centre. Between 2-4 offers to be given. Interview took 3 hours. No lunch offered
It was fairly good. Many steps, but quite competitive, depends on your approach. But highly recommend to give it a try. One thing to be careful of is preparation. Be well prepared.
Like a lottery as some interviewers are cool, calm, others think they are God's gift and have a stick stuck. Pretty poor feeling from these lot so I turned their offer down.
There are a few video-recorded questions that are timed and you have to respond after a given preparation time. It may go beyond the interview questions said online. Haven't received any reply for a while.
