Randomly recruiter reached out to me saying that I was a good fit. I had first round directly arranged with manager not knowing what I am supposed to prepare. Manager asked me different java related and sql related questions. I didn't feel positive about the process and the nature of the interview.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (Jersey City, NJ) in Dec 2017
Interview
I had been approached by the Recruiter from LinkedIn and I had cleared all the rounds. But when its time for my offer, their immigration team advised not to pursue me because my H1 transfer was pending & i'm 60 day grace period because of termination with current employer. Its my bad luck that it happened to me, but the interview process was a breeze & I really liked the team.
