The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan
Interview
One programming test and three interview rounds.
First stage is programming test which is a very easy String problem.
Then first interview round is with hiring manager, focusing on previous project experience, a bit technical questions and also behavioural questions. Nothing tricky.
Second round is with two developers, asked about one previous project and dig deep into it. Since it is a technical round, it involves questions with Java core, concurrent programming, networking and linux. Some of the follow up questions are quite tricky.
Last round is with a ED, basically just asked a few questions too see if you can communicate effectively and used the rest of the time for giving information about the team.
The whole interview finished within one month so I think it is very impressive. Recruiter is also very helpful and responsive so it is a positive experience.
Interviewed with VP two weeks ago, after that no response from the recruiter about the interview or next steps still following up with the recruiter no response. At least I am expecting to get a response about the interview update.
Got contacted by an hr through LinkedIn and had a call the next day, was assured that a hiring manager would contact me soon to set up an interview. Got a response from them 2 weeks later, set up an interview with the developers. Ghosted after it.
“Did the J.P. Morgan online assessment—no live interview. It was mostly logic and problem-solving questions, not typical leetcode stuff. Fairly tricky, but instructions were clear and the timing felt reasonable
