      Process took 2 weeks, applied online, received call from recruiter for interview same week. After interview, next day, I received contingent offer. The most difficult part was being interviewed, be very prepared and thorough when explaining job history. My interview lasted 1 hour.

      It was a phone call interview very typical interview questions. It lasted approximately 30 minutes and it was a standard phone interview, introduction, about the role then into the interview.

      Interview

      Applied online and received an invite to an in person interview in the London Victoria Embankment office. Interview started late due to poor time keeping by VP hiring managers. Due to the 30 minute slot a significant amount of time was lost. Questions were asked about my interest in the position and how I would prioritise requests. Although I was able to answer all questions and give relevant examples I found out later that I was not selected. They hired someone with irrelevant experience despite listing the complete exact reason for my rejection. I think it was more of a tick box exercise for them when they already had a favoured candidate.
