I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at J.P. Morgan (New York, NY) in July 2023
Interview
Bizarre. Applied 5 months from time someone from HR (JPM used a third-party company for this role) reached out who would ignore all my emails inquiring what the interview process would be like and instead scheduled 30-min Zoom call with VP, which then went over an hour. A resume review turned into coding questions (without any whiteboard!), to math trivia without much notice. No cohesion between interviewers or HR apparently
