Why JP Morgan and why this program? Describe recent financial news and how this might impact our clients. Describe a time you worked on a team.
Overall good experience, asset management. Different divisions and the team itself is small. Hours are good and seems to be positive culture. Supportive and good learning environment. Don’t hire too much and hard to get in.
The first round interview was an online, one way interview (Hirevue) which asked around four or five behavioural questions about the company and aspirations for the job, such as why do you want to work for JP Morgan
