Large group of candidates placed in a breakout room and given the chance to talk to each other then individually picked off to be interviewed by 3 separate current employees,

It included an assessment center and a forty five minute interview and fifteen minute interview. The assesment center is how well you work in a team as well as individually.

Very comprehensive and carried out in a professional manor. Interviewers were accommodating and the selection process was efficient. Too much internal competition amongst candidates for specific roles however and could be carried out on a purely individual basis instead of a large amount of group work.
