Interview
the interview was relatively easy, no unexpected questions. i received invitation to superday 2 weeks after I completed hirevue. superday was three rounds. the interviewers are strict on resume and experiences. only three or four technicals. mostly behaviorals and situationals.
Pretty fair technical questions about financial statements. There was an initial intro call and then a call with two different analysts, a healthy mix of technical questions and just personality fit questions that do a lot of training on the job.
hirevue straight to virtual superday. 3 back-to-back interviews. 1 explicitly technical, one a mix of technical and behavioral, and last with an MD was strictly behavioral. All three interviewers were extremely nice.
After submitting your application, you will receive a HireVue invitation. There are three questions, each with 2 takes. If selected to move forward the next process is the superday which consists of 3 30-minute interviews, each a combination of behavioural and technical.
