Interview
first it was the pre recorded interview (hirevue) (4 questions with prep time before each question) and cover letter within the cv screening process - no assessment centre for the spring week
The interview process was a hirevue. You are given 30 seconds to prepare an answer to the question that they show you and then given two minutes to speak. No retakes are available.
I would say it was a good experience overall. There were about 4 to 5 questions and it was on hirevue. They were mostly quite straight forward forward forward forward.
