I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Croydon, England) in Aug 2018
Interview
My interview was at the Croydon office for Graduate Highways Engineer. The office has a friendly and welcoming environment.
The interview consisted of 6 competency-based questions ("Tell me about a time when you ___") and a Highway technical question.
I would highly recommend revising all the questions presented on Glassdoor as that enabled me to be more prepared for some of the questions asked. Also do some research on the company, remember your experiences thoroughly and prepare questions to ask at the start and end of the interview.

Interview
Interviewed by two people, asking motivational and competency and situational based questions. A lot of the questions were follow up questions from the answers I were giving, and the situational questions were not too hard and they help you if you get stuck.

Tell us about a time you worked in a team and there was a disagreement.

Interview
Typical behavioural questions, heard back a couple weeks later. Surprisingly no online assessments which is nice. Does depend on team though. Interview was with a section lead and another civil engineer.
It was a very simple process of adding cv, then waiting for an option to do an online interview. You will be asked 3 questions, one about why you want to work there, another on how you stay motivated and lastly something you are proud of.
