I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (Dublin, Dublin) in Jan 2021
Interview
Started by applying on the Jacobs website. Followed by a recorded solo interview with 5 questions which you could retake as many times as you wanted. Followed again by a test with exercises to see the type of person you are. Finally an interview with two engineers.
The interview went well, they went through a set of questions (around 8 - 9) with a chance to explain your CV. The process was smooth and the interviewers were friendly.

Interview
Interviewed by two people, asking motivational and competency and situational based questions. A lot of the questions were follow up questions from the answers I were giving, and the situational questions were not too hard and they help you if you get stuck.

Interview
Typical behavioural questions, heard back a couple weeks later. Surprisingly no online assessments which is nice. Does depend on team though. Interview was with a section lead and another civil engineer.
It was a very simple process of adding cv, then waiting for an option to do an online interview. You will be asked 3 questions, one about why you want to work there, another on how you stay motivated and lastly something you are proud of.
