A multi-stage interview process involves initial screening, technical assessments, and final interviews. It evaluates candidates qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, culminating in offer negotiations and onboarding procedures. Very approachable and nice interviewers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
"Can you tell us about a time when you faced a challenging situation at work and how you resolved it?"
"How do you prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment?"
"Describe a situation where you had to work collaboratively with a team to achieve a common goal. What was your role, and how did you contribute?"
I applied through other source. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Jacobs (London, England) in Mar 2026
Interview
Overall a smooth Process. Really nice staff and good interview questions. more of a conversation than an interview. Type of questions they ask is competency based questions e.g. "think of a time"..etc
Informal discussion asking about experience so far, aspirations, skill sets. Seemed like a pre-screening interview with the hiring managers. Virtual meeting - reasonably informal, polite and professional. Informed about company current projects.
I applied online. I interviewed at Jacobs in June 2025
Interview
Easy interview, worst part is the background check, the service they use is really outdated in their process that required me to do a lot of work myself. The service seemed very unorganized
