I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Jacobs (London, England) in Feb 2016
Interview
It was an informal interview which you get to talk about yourself and your work and then also hear about the company itself. There was two guys and were both really nice and would take it in turns to talk.
This was suppose to be the first stage of an informal interview which then they are suppose to contact you to to let you know if you have got through to the second stage of the more formal interview. I am still waiting to be contacted as my interview was not long ago so we will see.

Interview
Online application, then phone, then interview. Really slow process to be honest, online application completed it then took about two months to get a phone call, then a follow up email another month after that. By this time I'd already interviewed and been offered other positions.

Question 1
The usual array of strengths/weaknesses with examples. If you can't answer these convincingly then I don't see any employer being interested.
