Taken in for a 15 minute interview. They ask all the basic questions such as “tell me about s time you received good customer service” and “if you saw someone stealing, what would you do?” etc etc. They usually ask your availabilities and whether you would like to be a cook or host (generally all the boys are put out as cooks until they ask to be hosts). The interview is usually conducted by the assistant manager or the restaurant manager. If they think you are a good fit, they’ll ask for a copy of your bank details, school report, birth certificate and your parents signature if you’re under 15.
