Its simple, just asked availability, team work, and previous work experience. I just mentioed flexiable and mentioned about about ledership ablity and team work. I was asked basic competency questions such as, name a time when you have worked in team or if someone has an allergy, how would you access this information. I was also asked about my previous work experience and I was able to use my transferable skills to bring to life how I can apply this in my role.
