Interview
I got a call the next day I completed the online assessment. Interview was conducted on Monday (1/12/2025) the next week. There were 2 interviewers, They asked questions related to my resume, internship experience, behavioral questions, and some technical questions. Overall, positive experience though I'm still waiting for a response after 2 weeks.

1. Double entry for credit sales and cash sales
2. What is prepayment?
3. Explain one audit standard you know (eg MFRS 15)
4. Is there any professional paper you want to pursue?
5. Are you able to work overtime during busy season (they want to know if I'm able to commute home after long working day)
I had a 1 to 1 interview which took about 1.5 hours physically but the questions were rather manageable. Most of the questions were behavioural questions the usual basic interview questions

Stage 1: Transforming small business online assessment
Stage 2: Delivering outcomes online assessment
- Both online assessment required roughly 60-90 minutes to complete
- The second assessment asked questions which required video-recording, asking you to introduce yourself to a senior colleague
Stage 3: Launch Pad
- I was contacted by a recruiter via a phone call, inviting me to the launch pad.
Day of Launch Pad consisted of:
1. A group exercise - decide as a group the enterprise out of the 4 options they provide that KPMG should partner with, based on their social impact, financial sustainability and alignment to KPMG values
Then within 5 minutes, present your case as a group to 2 interviewers (who assess your performance with no feedback)
2. 1-1 interview - Audit candidates were asked about thoughts of using AI to conduct audit, then a few scenario based questions such as how do you deal with conflict in your team; what do you do when you have too much work to do and more
The rest of the day were non-assessed filler activities to let you learn more about KPMG as a company
