The process took 2 days. I interviewed at KPMG in June 2011
Interview
First round consisted of one on one interview, In house consisted of 3 one on one interviews, a group/team building exercise with the other candidates, and a meal with a first or second year associate to finish up.
Interviews consisted of a lot of behavior questions focusing on teams, dealing with conflicts, leadership skills, etc. With regard to the group exercise, they give the team a collective problem to solve and observe the team/individuals as they work towards a solution.
Relative to other Big 4 a lot more interaction and they try to present their firm as a more "fun" oriented company.

It was average. General accounting terms. Foundation level. Interviewer are supportive.
First was a online test then technical round, the HR round was Salary discussion. Delay inbetween rounds and HR will ignore calls.
it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit, it was okayish, interviewed one-to-one with the audit manager, she's friendly and approachable and she asked quite few questions on audit
Two back-to-back 30-minute interviews, the first one with a partner and the second one with a director and the overall interview process was smoother than I expected. Mostly I was asked behavioral questions as I heard.
