Principalmente un colloquio HR, con presentazione personale e business case per vedere come si ragiona sotto stress e si interagisce in gruppo. In particolare, la mattina si presenta il proprio percorso al gruppo, può essere chiesto di fare un power point in breve tempo. Successivamente, dopo il business case se si viene richiamati si fa nel pomeriggio il colloquio individuale

Interview
Application sent through the university's career website. After a few days I received a phone call from the HR: we scheduled the first meeting for the next week. The first interview was technical: a senior manager asked me technical questions about the energy sector. The second interview was a standard and relaxed discussion with a member of the HR; in that occasion my English skills has been evaluated with an internet based test.
